Banana Protein Muffins 🍌

Baking your muffins from scratch allows you to control your macros and calories! Check out this delicious and easy recipe for baking your own low fat banana protein muffins!

Ingredients (Serves 6):

  • 1 cup mashed banana

  • 1 egg white

  • 2 scoops whey protein

  • 1/2 cup of rolled oats

  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1/4 cup coconut milk

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 F (180 C). Grease a the pan with spray oil.

  • Blend all the ingredients together in a bowl.

  • Pour batter into muffin pan.

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, until an inserted toothpick in center of muffin comes out clean.
