Pecan Banana Oat Cake🍌🎂

What to do with extremely ripe bananas? Bake a Banana Oat Cake 🍌🎂! Baking your cake from scratch allows you to control your macros and calories!

Ingredients (Serves 12):

  • 3 medium ripe bananas

  • 1 cup quick oats

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil

  • 1 tsp of cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp nutmeg

  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice

  • 1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein

  • Top with 10 pecans

    Instructions:

  • Blend all ingredients together in a bowl.

  • Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celcius.

  • Pour batter into a greased cake pan (with spray oil)

  • Bake for 30 mins until a toothpick comes out clean!
