Chocolate Protmeal Breakfast

Ingredients (Serves 1):

  • 30g Quick Oats

  • 1/2 scoop Chocolate Whey Protein

  • 1.5 scoop Water (or a little more)

  • 1 sachet Truvia Sweetner

Toppings:

  • 1 tbsp Cereal/Oats

  • 4 sliced Strawberries

  • 6 sliced Almonds

Instructions:

  • In a small pot, add the oats with 1 scoop water and cook under low heat.

  • Add your whey protein after and the other half scoop of water and give it a good stir. If too clumpy, add a little more water.

  • Add in your sweetener and give it a good mix.

  • Once the oats are well cooked, take out and serve. You can add any toppings!
