Egg Free-Low Cal Banana Loaf

Ingredients (Serves 10):

  • 3 Bananas

  • 0.25 cup Oil

  • 0.25 cup Soft Brown Sugar

  • 0.25 cup Lactose Free Milk

  • 1.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour

  • 1 tsp Baking Soda

  • 1 tsp Vanilla

  • Pinch of Salt

Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients together in a bowl and mix together.

  • Preheat your oven to 180 Degrees Celsius.

  • Add batter into greased pan (we suggest spray oil with a sprinkle of flour on base and edges).

  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until toothpick is inserted into the center and comes out clean!
