Fudgy Protein Mugcake

Ingredients (Serves 1):

  • 1 Scoop Whey (Biotech Chocolate recommended)

  • 0.5 tsp Baking Powder

  • 0.25 cup Water

  • 25g Bran Cereal/Muesli

Instructions:

  • Mix all ingredients together (except bran).

  • Heat in microwave for 35 seconds for ultimate FUDGE

  • Serve hot and add bran or any cereal of choice for carbs. Bran work well because it is SUPER crunchy, making the two texture together work wonders!
