Blueberry Banana Milkshake!

Ingredients:
- 1 Frozen Banana 🍌
- 60g Frozen Blueberries 💙
- 100ml Lactose Free Milk 🥛
- 100ml Cold Water
- 1/2 tbsp of Chia and Flax Seed mix

Blend them all together and ENJOY!

*You can totally make this high in protein! All you need to do is replace the milk with whey protein (flavor of choice, I personally think vanilla would work well!) If you do add whey, double the water to 200ml or 250ml!
