Kafta made healthy! 😍

Lebanese dishes could actually be quite perfect when tracking your nutrition!

It's got the carbs 🍚
The protein 🥩
The fat 🥑

Little key when cooking 🗝:

✅ Steam your rice (avoid extra cals from oils)
✅ Buy lean beef (avoid extra fat from animal fat)
✅ Don't go crazy when adding oil/butter to cook. A single tbsp contains 120 cals and 14g Fat!

By making these small changes, you could save a good 500 calories just by reducing those sneaky cals!
