FAQ - INDIVIDUALIZED FITNESS PROGRAMS

 

1. What equipment do I need?

Whatever you have! After filling in your training assessment, our coaches will get in touch with you to book a call. You will discuss all things training during the call!

2. How often would I receive workouts, and how long are they?

This is totally up to you. Remember, this is an individualized program! Your program is designed to help you maximize your training to reach your goals!

3. Are warm ups and stretches included?

OF COURSE. The warm up and cool downs are as important as the workout itself!

4. Will a coach help me if I have any questions?

OBVIOUSLY. We do not send a program and let you go! This is what we do best. You will receive support, communication and coaching like no other. You can contact your coach through WhatsApp, or via TrueCoach App, and your coach will answer all questions/concerns.

5. How will I receive the program?

You will receive the program via TrueCoach. All the exercises will have the demo video linked to them.

6. I am currently injured, can I still join the program?

Of course! Please fill in all details regarding your injury in your training assessment.

7. Does the program offer nutrition?

We will give you nutrition advice and tips along the way, but we will not provide you with nutrition coaching. If you want maximal results from this program, we recommend our 1 on 1 Nutrition Coaching Program.
