Nadine is passionate about helping women regain their confidence through strength training. Diagnosed with PCOS, she has personally experienced the challenges it brings, including severe period cramps that affected her quality of life.
With a background in weightlifting and CrossFit, Nadine has dedicated her career to empowering women of all ages, from adolescence to menopause, to get strong and feel good.
Now pregnant, Nadine understands the unique challenges of maintaining safe and effective training for both herself and her baby. She finds women's fitness fascinating, yet somewhat confusing due to the lack of information. She furthered her education to become a specialist in women’s fitness and nutrition.
