Pecan Banana Oat Cakeππ
What to do with extremely ripe bananas? Bake a Banana Oat Cake ππ! Baking your cake from scratch allows you to control your macros and calories!
Ingredients (Serves 12):
3 medium ripe bananas
1 cup quick oats
2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp of cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp pumpkin spice
1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein
Top with 10 pecans
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients together in a bowl.
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celcius.
Pour batter into a greased cake pan (with spray oil)
Bake for 30 mins until a toothpick comes out clean!
