Low Fat Spinach Omelette

Ingredients (Serves 1):

  • 1 cup chopped spinach

  • 6 chopped cherry tomatoes

  • 3 egg whites

  • 1 full egg

  • Salt & Pepper

  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

  • Spray Oil

Instructions:

  1. Crack all the eggs and place in a bowl on the side (3 white and 1 full).

  2. In the meantime, spray the pan with spray oil and add the chopped spinach and cherry tomatoes on medium heat.

  3. Add 1/2 tsp Garlic powder and a dash of salt and pepper to the eggs.

  4. Stir the eggs and add to the pan with spinach and cherry tomatoes.

  5. Let the eggs cook for two minutes, and then flip to the other side, cook for two minutes.

  6. Serve the eggs with some pitas bread or toast!
