These no-bake energy bars are bursting with taste and boast impressive nutritional stats! We have been loving PEscience’s protein powder, both the vegan and the regular whey. Their flavors are super clean and delicious. And baking with them is even better, so let’s get started!

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 c (60g) Rolled Oats

  • 2 scoops (62g) PEScience Chocolate Select Protein Powder

  • 23g Peanut Butter

  • 1 medium Banana, mashed

  • 1/2 Tbsp Honey

  • 2 Tbsp Mini Dark Chocolate Chips

Directions:

  1. Mix the oats, protein powder, and peanut butter together.

  2. Mash the banana in a separate bowl before adding it to the other ingredients.

  3. Stir until the mixture starts to come together before adding the honey and chocolate chips.

  4. Finish stirring until one large ball forms.

  5. Divide the mixture into 8-9 pieces and place them on a piece of parchment paper or foil.

  6. Roll each piece between your palms until the texture is smooth. A good tip to roll without getting your hands all sticky, is simply spraying your hands with some cooking spray oil.

  7. Refrigerate protein bites and serve chilled.
