Spiced Gingerbread Protein Pancakes

Christmas pancake editions are hereee🎉🎁

These pancakes take only a few minutes to prepare, and a few minutes to cook!

Serves 1:

Ingredients:

  • 30g Vanilla Protein Powder (I used Biotech Usa)

  • 30g All Purpose Flour

  • ½ tsp Baking Powder

  • 1 tsp Molasses

  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon

  • ½ tsp Ground Ginger

  • ¼ tsp Ground Nutmeg

  • ¼ tsp Ground Cloves

  • 30ml hot water (enough to mix only)

  • Sprinkle Chia Seeds

  • Sprinkle Salt

    Toppings are completely up to you! But peanut butter is always advised, and it’s also a great way to add in some healthy fat to this recipe!

    *Combine all ingredients together, mix and cook over medium heat. These pancakes are super small (3cm:3cm).

    - 30g Carbohydrates
    - 2g Fat
    270 Calories
