Chocolate Protmeal Breakfast
Ingredients (Serves 1):
30g Quick Oats
1/2 scoop Chocolate Whey Protein
1.5 scoop Water (or a little more)
1 sachet Truvia Sweetner
Toppings:
1 tbsp Cereal/Oats
4 sliced Strawberries
6 sliced Almonds
Instructions:
In a small pot, add the oats with 1 scoop water and cook under low heat.
Add your whey protein after and the other half scoop of water and give it a good stir. If too clumpy, add a little more water.
Add in your sweetener and give it a good mix.
Once the oats are well cooked, take out and serve. You can add any toppings!
