Egg Free-Low Cal Banana Loaf
Ingredients (Serves 10):
3 Bananas
0.25 cup Oil
0.25 cup Soft Brown Sugar
0.25 cup Lactose Free Milk
1.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Vanilla
Pinch of Salt
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients together in a bowl and mix together.
Preheat your oven to 180 Degrees Celsius.
Add batter into greased pan (we suggest spray oil with a sprinkle of flour on base and edges).
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until toothpick is inserted into the center and comes out clean!
