Chili Lemon Garlic Shrimp π€
Simple & Healthy Garlic Shrimp!π€

Ingredients π
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 350g shrimp
- 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 6 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tablespoons butter
- Water as needed
Instructions π
- Heat up the olive oil in a large skillet, then add the shrimp to cover the surface and cook for 1 minute.
- Season with a salt, stir and cook until shrimp turns pink.
- Stir in garlic, chili pepper powder/red pepper flakes; cook and stir for 1 minute.
- Stir in lemon juice, tbsp water, 1 tbsp cold butter, and half the parsley.
- Cook until butter has melted, about 1 minute, then turn heat to low and stir in 1 tbsp cold butter.
- Cook and stir until all butter has melted to form a thick sauce and shrimp are pink and opaque, about 2 to 3 minutes!
- Serve with bread and a refreshing side salad!
