Pumpkin Spice Protein Mugcake
This pumpkin spice mugcake recipe is easy, quick and is super high in protein!

Back to mugcake! This recipe is perfect for Breakfast, snack, and even a light dinner! It packs all the nutrients, and still remains low cal.
Ingredients (serves 1):
1 scoop Whey Protein Powder (Vanilla recommended)
30g Quick Oats
1 tsp Baking Powder
1.5 tsp Pumpkin Spice (Click here to make your own!)
1 tsp Stevia
1 tsp Chia Seeds
Water to Mix
Instructions:
Add all ingredients together and mix in a mug.
Make sure you put water just enough to mix, not more, or else the blend will be watery.
Microwave for 30s-60s, keep an eye! The mugcake will rise, make sure it doesn’t explode :D
Put a toothpick through the middle of the mugcake, if it comes out clean, you’re done!
Add any toppings of choice! Since the base does not have any fat, and is pretty low carb, I would recommend some almonds, walnuts or pecans!
You can even top it with some 0 sugar whipped cream with granola for a crunch!
